Lester Firstenberger,

Lester is recognized nationally as a regulatory attorney in consumer finance, securitization, mortgage, and banking law. In a variety of capacities, over the past 30 years as an attorney, Lester has represented the interests of numerous financial institutions in transactions valued in excess of one trillion dollars.
He has founded several technology companies, to included RegsData, Regs Tech, and FortifID, as well as Veptas, and AiCurio. He was appointed to and served a three-year term as a member of the Consumer Advisory Council of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. He has extensive governmental relations experience in the US and Canada at both the federal, state and provincial levels.
Mike Biddle,
Chief Data Scientist
Mike has more than 20 years of experience in mortgage analyses, banking, and asset management. Widely known in the industry as a data and analytics expert, Mike has held several executive positions, including: Director, Analytical Technology and Quantitative Analysis for MorningStar Structured Ratings; VP, Mortgage Analytics for Hudson Advisors and Provident Consumer Financial Services; and Chief Risk Officer for LongPoint Asset Management and Aegis Mortgage.
Early in his career, Mike was an actuary in the life insurance industry. Mike holds a B.S. in Finance; B.S. Economics; MBA with a concentration in Finance and a Doctoral Dissertation in Econometrics.
Todd Morgan,
Chief Technology Officer
Todd Morgan joined AiCurio in 2019 as the CTO after owning and operating an independent software consulting firm. Todd has been working in technology for over 20 years, with a focus on financial services for the past 15 years.
Prior to joining AiCurio, Todd co-founded a FinTech startup known as Claren Financial Services, serving as CTO and Chief Architect. Prior, he was a consultant for companies like RR Donnelley to automate their financial software product offerings, creating increased efficiency and profitability, and paving the way to contracts with government agencies including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Bob Penland,
SVP, Sales
Bob is a financial services executive with over 40 years’ experience in mortgage originations, servicing, compliance, and international consulting. Bob has held senior level positions with firms including Associates Financial Services, Countrywide Home Loans, Fremont Investment and Loans, ALLSEC Technology.
Bob is a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division and a strong supporter of Hope Farm which focuses on at risk youth in Fort Worth, Texas.
